Job Summary
Prepare and manage artwork for production and Flex PLM, including issuing style numbers. Maintain color accuracy and consistency across styles and collections while ensuring compliance with licensing, layout, fabrication, and printing requirements. Apply knowledge of artwork scaling, repeats, markers, and pattern placement to recreate all-over prints within roller layouts. Clean and refine files, identify errors prior to final approval, and collaborate with managers to execute design objectives accurately. Organize workload to meet production timelines and deadlines. Requires proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with 4-5 years of relevant design experience.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- 4-5 years of relevant design or production experience
- Good verbal and written English communications skills
- Fluent in: English
- Frequency of Travel: As required
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of print production, markers, and pattern layout preferred
