Job Summary
Assist lead designers with client consultations and space measurements; create 3D designs using design software; prepare proposals and presentations; support showroom operations and follow-up with clients; help with installations and quality checks as needed. Requires experience in interior design, space planning, CAD/3D software, or retail design, plus strong attention to detail and customer service. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home/showroom visits. Opportunities for advancement within a family-owned local business; two showrooms in Naples and Fort Myers.Competitive pay with base hourly wage plus commission and 401K matching; training in proprietary design system.
