Job Summary
Guide customers through selections, take design meetings, and create corresponding proposals and orders. Proactively greet visitors, answer phones, manage scheduling, and place samples for clients and designers. Maintain showroom organization by putting away samples, keeping boards orderly, and tracking discontinued products. Monitor order status, coordinate with operations for material checks, and ensure price lists remain current. This role supports small makers at Artesana tile in central Tucson, AZ, within an intimate team environment focused on one-on-one client experiences.
