Job Summary
Manage Product Sales Specialists and ensure exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering phones, and processing transactions at the POS. Direct associates on merchandising, pricing, and organization while teaching the company's basic P's of retail. Complete product specialist certifications, forklift testing, and inventory needs communication with management. Stock displays, create signs, and handle refunds and exchanges per established guidelines. Work Monday through Sunday in a warehouse environment, lifting up to 60 pounds occasionally. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service/sales experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to drive
- Industrial Truck (forklift) proficiency testing and certification
- Ability to exert 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally, and or 20-30 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry push, pull, or otherwise move objects
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel
- Ability to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
