Job Summary

Manage Product Sales Specialists and ensure exceptional customer service by greeting every client, answering phones, and processing transactions at the POS. Direct associates on merchandising, pricing, and organization while validating product placement and creating price tags. Complete product specialist certification, forklift proficiency testing, and 'how-to' classes for customers. Communicate standard operating procedures, inventory needs, and changes to management. Stock and tag displays, process refunds and exchanges, and maintain compliance with safe lifting practices and company values. Work Monday through Sunday in a warehouse environment handling merchandise up to 60 pounds.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of customer service/sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to drive
  • Ability to lift 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally
  • Ability to lift 20-30 pounds of force frequently
  • Ability to lift greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly
  • Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel
  • Ability to stand
  • Ability to walk
  • Ability to reach with arms and hands
  • Ability to climb or balance
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
  • Ability to exert force to push, pull, or otherwise move objects
  • Ability to complete all product specialist certification courses
  • Ability to complete the Industrial Truck (forklift) proficiency testing and certification
