Job Summary
Manage Product Sales Specialists and ensure exceptional customer service by greeting every client, answering phones, and processing transactions at the point of sale. Direct associates on merchandise, installation, and the basic P's of retail while validating pricing and organizing displays. Complete product specialist certification, forklift proficiency testing, and 'how-to' classes for customers. Stock and tag displays, create signs, and communicate inventory needs to management. Work Monday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM in a warehouse environment with moderate to noisy conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service/sales experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to drive
- Ability to teach
- Ability to exert 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally, and or 20-30 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry push, pull, or otherwise move objects
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel
- Ability to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to complete all product specialist certification courses
- Ability to complete the Industrial Truck (forklift) proficiency testing and certification
