Job Summary
The Assistant Department Manager (Wood) is responsible for training and developing Product Sales Specialists while ensuring exceptional customer service and product information for a positive shopping experience. Key duties include leading product specialists, maintaining store merchandising and organization, processing merchandise, and conducting customer classes. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, have at least one year of customer service/sales experience, and demonstrate strong communication skills. This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to handle various weights, as well as completing forklift certification and adhering to company safety standards.
