Assistant Department Manager (Tile)

Manage Product Sales Specialists and ensure exceptional customer service by greeting every client, answering phones, and processing transactions at the POS. Direct associates on merchandising, pricing, and organization while completing product specialist certification and forklift proficiency testing. Validate product placement, stock displays, and create signage, then communicate inventory needs to management. Present 'how-to' classes and process refunds according to established guidelines. Work Monday through Sunday with frequent lifting and standing in a warehouse environment.
