Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and empower team members to improve efficiency, engagement, and retention while maintaining merchandising and operational standards. Be accountable for financial objectives and scout for new talent to join the diverse, inclusive team. Resolve customer inquiries with resourcefulness and courtesy, demonstrating consistent delight in a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires flexibility to work various hours, including days, evenings, and weekends, with the ability to move up to 50lbs for an entire shift. Required Qualifications
