Assist department manager in grocery operations, coaching and developing team members, ensuring Always Customer First service, engaging and retaining staff through training and development, performance management, rewards/recognition, and identifying future leaders. Take inventory and maintain stock levels. Requires Food Safe Certification and open availability for 40 hours per week.
