Assistant Department Manager, Deli

Assist with leading the Deli department at Spruceland Save-On-Foods in Prince George, BC. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring team members, fostering a customer-first service environment, training and developing staff, managing performance and recognition, communicating key messages to the team, leveraging community and competitive insights to grow the business, and overseeing stock counts. Prior retail or customer service experience is an asset. Compensation $18.50-$21.85 per hour for 40 hours per week, with total annualized salary of approximately $38,480–$45,488.
