Job Summary
Assist department leadership in directing product specialists, ensuring strong customer service, accurate merchandising, and ongoing training/certification. Responsible for merchandise presentation, pricing accuracy, SOP adherence, forklift proficiency certification, inventory communication, POS transactions, customer engagement, and delivering a positive shopping experience. Requires ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting and effectively communicate with associates; supports store hours and demonstrates Floor & Decor’s core values.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service/sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
