Assistant Dental Office Manager

Job Summary
Support daily clinical and non-clinical operations by processing insurance claims, managing Accounts Receivable, and presenting treatment options to patients. Streamline operational procedures to increase productivity while maintaining OSHA hygiene and safety regulations. Lead staff meetings, trainings, and huddles; audit schedules for errors, manage blocking/unblocking to maximize efficiency, and follow up on unscheduled treatment reports. Create challenges to motivate the team toward daily production goals and conduct periodic meetings for annual performance evaluations. Requires 3+ years of dental office experience, a 2- or 4-year degree in business or healthcare management, and flexibility to work Monday through Friday between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm.
Required Qualifications
- previous experience across all facets of a dental office
- 3 years or more preferred
- Flexibility to work between the hours of 7:30 am- 5:30 pm, hours vary depending on day, Monday through Friday
- excellent oral and written communication skills
