Job Summary
Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards. Collaborate with the clinical team to verify insurance payments, confirm appointments, and oversee scheduling. Supervise the non-clinical team by reviewing daily data to evaluate practice impact and reinforcing daily priorities. Verify collections, process nightly deposits, and handle credit card transactions under the Manager's direction. Participate in an eight-week training program to succeed in this role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree preferred
