Job Summary
Conduct daily front office tasks to build trust with patients, including verifying insurance payments, confirming appointments, and processing nightly deposits. Supervise non-clinical team priorities and review daily data to evaluate practice impact. Collaborate with the clinical team to consult patients on treatment options while ensuring collection standards and regulatory compliance. Participate in an eight-week training program to succeed in this role. Full-time position at $20–$22/hour with comprehensive benefits including PTO, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
