Job Summary
The Assistant Dental Director plays a crucial role in supporting the Dental Director in overseeing clinic operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supervising dental staff to provide high-quality care. Responsibilities include managing the dental program operations, budgeting, staff training, and implementation of quality assurance programs.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery
- Doctor Of Dental Medicine
- Driver's License Personal & Tribal Vehicle
- Insurance Required
- Child Abuse Reporting Policy (CARP), within ninety (90) days of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to analyze medical records and prescribed protocol to formulate effective therapeutic treatment plans
- Ability to develop and present educational programs and/or workshops
- Knowledge of OSHA and FQHC QI standards and state statutes
- Knowledge of HIS Levels of Care and CDC Guidelines related to any type of Pandemic
Additional Requirements
