Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery
• Doctor Of Dental Medicine
• Driver's License Personal & Tribal Vehicle
• Insurance Required
• Child Abuse Reporting Policy (CARP), within ninety (90) days of employment

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge of related accreditation and certification requirements
• Ability to observe and record symptoms, reactions, and progress
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of legal and ethical standards for the delivery of dental care
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel
• Ability to supervise and train employees
• Knowledge of OSHA and FQHC QI standards and state statutes
• Knowledge of HIS Levels of Care and CDC Guidelines related to any type of Pandemic
