Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Dental Director, the Assistant Dental Director supports dental clinic operations while ensuring compliance with all regulations. This role involves supervising staff, managing budgets, and leading quality improvement programs. The position also requires potential evening and weekend shifts, along with strict adherence to safety and confidentiality standards.

- Doctor Of Dental Medicine
- Driver's License Personal & Tribal Vehicle
- Insurance Required
- Child Abuse Reporting Policy (CARP)

- Knowledge of related accreditation and certification requirements
- Knowledge of legal and ethical standards for the delivery of dental care
- Ability to analyze medical records and prescribed protocol to formulate effective therapeutic treatment plans
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel
- Knowledge of OSHA and FQHC QI standards and state statutes
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in decision making
