Assistant Deli Team Leader

Direct and manage Team Members in the Deli Department by providing leadership, scheduling assignments, and delegating work to maximize store profits. Order raw materials and supplies, implement merchandising initiatives, and track weekly inventory reports to control department costs and meet financial objectives. Maintain a safe and clean environment adhering to OSHA requirements and the Collective Bargaining Agreement while preparing records to calculate gross monthly profits. Requires 1 to 3 years of experience, completion of the Team Leader Development Program, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
