Assistant Deli Manager

Greet customers, answer questions, and ensure fresh quality merchandise using proper product handling techniques. Assist the Deli Manager with merchandising, ad execution, and inventory control by tracking weekly sales reports and managing product orders. Monitor competitor activity, review schedules to control labor costs, and enforce sanitation practices and food safety regulations. Audit department procedures for receiving, pricing, and stock levels while completing required product logs. Supervise associates within the department, assist with training, and recognize performance to develop potential talent. Complete other job duties as requested by management.
