Job Summary
Manage and lead the deli team by coordinating production, merchandising, and sales through planning, goal setting, and communication. Assist the Deli Manager with ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and equipment operation while ensuring all health, safety, and sanitation regulations are followed. Support hiring, training, and development of staff, and validate that team members adhere to company procedures regarding product freshness, weights, and measures. This role requires working a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to stand for up to four hours continuously and lift products weighing up to 70 lbs. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and Food Safety certification. Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- 2 years supervisory experience

- Operate a slicer, wrapping and cooking equipment
- assisting in maintaining all equipment in safe working condition
