Job Summary
Assist in managing the deli department, including training and developing partners, scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring quality and safety of hot and cold foods. Works with upper management on sales/promotions analysis, reviews inventory levels, and helps manage catering and delivery orders. Focuses on customer service, merchandising, and suggestive selling to promote department performance. Requires leadership ability, strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and compliance with safety standards; holds a High School Diploma or GED, Food Handler certification, and Manager Food Safety certification; may involve driving responsibilities for partners 21+.
