Job Summary
Ensures hot and cold foods are prepared and displayed per standards; trains and develops partners, schedules, plans, assigns, and directs work; reviews sales data and promotions; co-manages inventory and in-stock levels; may review profit/loss, labor data; enforces quality and food safety; assists with catering and delivery orders; promotes sales through suggestive selling and attractive displays; provides customer service and maintains safe, sanitary environment. Requires leadership ability, communication skills, ability to multi-task, and the capacity to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. Education: High school Diploma or GED; Food Handler and Manager Food Safety certifications are required; 18+ to apply (21+ for driving per policy). Experience in deli operations, inventory management, scheduling software knowledge, and ability to train and motivate others are preferred.
