Job Summary
Oversee daily deli operations with a focus on customer service, food quality, and department readiness. Execute merchandising plans, manage inventory and shrink reporting, and ensure strict compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Build schedules aligned with sales volume, hire and train associates, and resolve customer concerns while maintaining full, fresh displays. This fast-paced role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, operating slicers and ovens, and working flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in hot and cold temperature environments
- Ability to safely operate slicers, ovens, knives, scales, and cleaning tools
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
