Job Summary
Assistant Customer Service Supervisor to support daily customer service operations and help lead a high-performing team. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring staff, scheduling and training, handling escalated inquiries, monitoring service quality and metrics, enforcing policies, collaborating with other departments, and reporting/process improvements. Strong communication, leadership, and CRM/Microsoft Office proficiency are required; experience in training/onboarding and analyzing customer feedback is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role (preferred)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience in training and onboarding staff
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and service metrics
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
