Job Summary
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, establish and maintain relationships with customers, and monitor customer accounts. Responsibilities include analyzing and summarizing issues, providing reports to the line Manager, and adhering to occupational health and safety management protocols. Required Qualifications

- At least 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
