Job Summary
Oversee daily kitchen operations and support menu planning, development, and execution in collaboration with the culinary team. Supervise kitchen staff by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, manage food costs, and ensure consistency in food presentation and taste across all dishes. Assist in implementing new culinary initiatives and promotional events. Requires minimum of two years of culinary or kitchen management experience with daytime and weekend availability. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of (2) years of culinary or kitchen management experience
- Knowledge, skill and coordination with using kitchen utensils and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes and replicate food production procedures
- Ability to manage kitchen inventory and ensure supplies are fresh and of high quality
- Ensuring proper food temperatures when cooking and proper labeling and storage afterward
- Daytime and weekend availability
