Job Summary
Assistant Culinary Director (2nd shift) responsible for training, scheduling, and guiding the dietary team to deliver high-quality culinary services while maintaining safety and sanitation. Oversees the food service program, conducts inventory and purchasing within budget guidelines, plans and prepares diverse menus accommodating dietary restrictions, maintains kitchen and dining areas, and participates in ongoing professional development. Requires ServSafe Food Handling certification and strong communication skills; prior senior/supportive living experience is desired. Offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
