Supports Head Coach by assisting with cross country coaching duties, instructional guidance, and planning of practices; helps develop student athletes’ skills, discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship; assists in scouting, records-keeping, and required paperwork; travels with the team for away games; enforces safety protocols and behavior expectations; maintains a safe environment and positive school-community relations; ensures completion of certifications such as MIAA Coaches Certification as required; represents the school professionally in interactions with students, staff, parents, and officials.
