Job Summary
Prepare and analyze cost reports, budgets, and variance analysis while monitoring actual costs against standards. Support cost control activities, assist in journal reviews, posting, and payment approvals, and collaborate with departments to collect cost-related data. Take ownership of Standard Cost calculations and the annual rollup, participate in cost estimation and pricing strategies, and assist with month-end close processes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Maintain efficient operation expenses and manage financial resources effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2-4 years of public accounting experience in costing, financial analysis, or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and cost accounting
- Good understanding of budgeting and financial performance metrics
- Strong financial reporting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems
