Job Summary
Measure building works and produce accurate Bills of Quantities while taking personal responsibility for allocated tasks. Assist the Cost Management team in delivering effective pre-contract to construction completion services, ensuring timely production of information and reports. Interface professionally with team members to support accurate project outcomes across varied real estate and infrastructure programmes. This Assistant Cost Manager role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying and 0-2 years of experience in the construction industry.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of and experience in the Real Estate / Property sector
- Knowledge of the Cost Management / Quantity Surveying profession
- Basic experience in the measurement and quantification of building works and Bills of Quantities
- Professional approach
- Confident in your ability to add value to our team
- Ability to work with others
- Willingness to listen and learn and develop your skills
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of the construction industry
