Job Summary
Seasoned Assistant Cost Lead responsible for steering cost management activities across projects in Project and Development Services. You will work with the cost manager to develop cost plans, assemble and lead project teams, prepare BOQs and cost analyses, oversee procurement and VO management, monitor budgets and schedules, and support contract administration, negotiations, and client relationships. Key responsibilities include setting organisational structure and procedures for project teams, delivering monthly cost reports, conducting cost validation and benchmarking, supporting design optioneering and value engineering, and assisting the construction manager with installation, site inspection, and contractor management. Strong technical knowledge of Civil/MEP aspects, excellent communication, and demonstrated ability to manage cost controls throughout pre-design to project completion. Location: Bengaluru, KA, India. On-site role with full-time hours; relocation assistance not stated.
