Job Summary
Conduct general administrative tasks in the secretariat and support the Corporate Target Market Automotive division, including publishing announcements in the Sika Intranet and coordinating business travel. Plan and organize supplier and customer visits, internal events, and audits, while assisting with onboarding training plans and employee service celebrations. Process invoices and allocations in VIM, manage approvals in Spesentool, and handle time tracking requests via Interflex. Compile monthly reports and file documents, taking on additional administrative and organizational duties as needed. Requires a completed commercial training or equivalent qualification with several years of experience in an assistant or secretariat function, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office 365 and SAP.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 365 (insbesondere Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word und PowerPoint)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

- Erfahrung in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld von Vorteil
