Job Summary
Lil’ Kickers Assistant Coordinator leads coaches, handles hiring and weekly scheduling, assists with training, and occasionally teaches classes. Responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, coordinating front-desk operations and memberships, communicating with parents, conducting weekly coach meetings, and coordinating weekend and Tuesday sessions. Requires clear communication with supervisors and customers, ability to work weekends, background check, and willingness to be a team player and hard worker. Training provided; role is currently part-time with potential opportunity to transition to full-time with additional responsibilities and pay.
Required Qualifications
- Willingness to be a Team Player and a Hard Worker.
- Prior experience as a coach, but not required
- Prior experience in Early Childhood Education, but not required
- Must be able to communicate clearly with supervisors and with customers
- Be able to work on your feet for an extended period of time
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must pass a background check
