Job Summary
Assist in all areas of production, serving and cleanup in a school food service setting; may perform cashiering duties during lunch; interact positively with students, staff, and community; adhere to sanitation and food handling standards; support kitchen operations and meal service with a focus on teamwork and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Food service production experience or the ability to learn
- Willingness to be trained in all areas of food production
- Must have knowledge of, or be willing to learn, proper sanitation and food handling procedures
- Consistently demonstrate dependable attendance and punctuality
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team
- Must maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Departmental Uniform and Personal Hygiene guidelines
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both scholars and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
