Job Summary
Prepare food, manage kitchen cleanliness, and maintain daily meal count and inventory records while assisting the Food Services Supervisor. Serve as the cook when the supervisor is absent. Maintain accurate supply inventory and ensure all food service tasks are completed according to site standards. This role supports transitional shelter housing operations within HELP USA's network of non-profit homeless services programs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous related experience in food service
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to keep simple inventory of supplies on hand and needed
- Food Handlers License
