Job Summary

Assist in the preparation and presentation of quality food and beverages for students, while rendering customer service skills and engaging young adults. Support kitchen operations by assisting in clean-up, washing dishes, and sanitizing all food service areas to ensure cleanliness. Transport finished meals from the preparation area to the serving line and keep counters stocked. Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to Job Corps Work-Based Learning students, monitoring behavior and holding them accountable. Plan assignments to meet goals and deadlines while maintaining high productivity standards. Work in partnership with staff from all departments to ensure effective services are provided to students.

  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds
