Job Summary
Review general journal entries, assess internal controls, and investigate anomalies before posting. Reconcile sub-ledger accounts with the general ledger, resolve discrepancies, and generate trial balances to identify errors. Complete monthly reports, account reconciliations, and customized reports to support accurate financial statements. Validate invoicing practices, ensure timely government filings, and recommend process improvements. Share expertise with less senior staff and assist with job-costing analysis. Requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA designation, and five years of industrial experience. Competitive salary with medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Professional Accounting Designation (CA, CMA, CGA, CPA)
- Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in the industrial or commercial sector
