Assistant Controller

Assistant Controller is responsible for the general ledger, financial reporting, forecasting, analytics, and regulatory compliance of all subsidiary entities. The person will coordinate with field operations and department heads to enforce timely reporting of all monthly financial information, progressively inherit management of the Accounting team, and report directly to the Controller. Major duties include preparing subsidiary financial statements with analytics, monthly reconciliations between the general ledger and financial reports, resolving open purchase orders, monitoring cash flow, authorizing disbursements, managing inventory and fixed asset reporting, and assisting with annual audits and tax returns. The role involves supervising up to 5 direct reports and supporting overall financial operations across the consolidated entity, with opportunities for expanding responsibilities as needed.
