Job Summary
Develop full-cycle accounting processes and procedures while implementing systems and reporting for the South Florida real estate operations. Collaborate closely with the Controller and CFO to drive process improvements, develop internal controls, and automate reports using ERP tools. Leverage Big 4 or public accounting experience to support the company's expansion and ensure accurate financial management across new office locations.
Required Qualifications
- Degree In Accounting, Finance or related
- Experience with developing controls, procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree (preferably MBA| master's in Finance, Accounting, Business or related)
- equivalent combination of experience and education
- Big 4 or any public accounting experience
- Some real estate experience
- Experience with ERP implementation & report automation
