Job Summary
Prepare monthly financial reports, analyze cost data, and interpret results to make recommendations for management. Oversee payroll processing using ADP, Dayforce, or Workday while maintaining accurate records within an integrated ERP system. Apply U.S. GAAP standards to manufacturing environments, manage inventory and cost accounting, and lead a team of three to seven years' experience. Utilize OneStream for reporting and demonstrate strong analytical skills to draw conclusions and support cross-departmental initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of related experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience
- Related manufacturing environment experience
- Prior experience supervising the processing of payroll with ADP, Dayforce/Workday or similar outsourced payroll provider
- Proven SAP experience
- Prior experience with OneStream reporting
- Significant hands-on experience using an integrated ERP system
- Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory and cost accounting
- Understanding of U.S. GAAP as it applies to a manufacturing environment
