Job Summary
Oversee corporate-wide accounting operations for Glenwood Hot Springs Resort, manage the financial close, general ledger, accounts payable coding, tax reporting, cash management, and internal controls; supervise the accounting team and coordinate cross-training for payroll and cash operations; support annual budgeting and financial planning; ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP; role emphasizes leadership and process-improvement across the finance function.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (hospitality accounting preferred) or Associate degree with significant hospitality accounting experience
- 4+ years of accounting/finance experience
- 2+ years of supervisory/management experience
- Strong GAAP knowledge
- Leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency with Business Central (preferred)
