Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger posting, month-end close, and full financial statement preparation and analysis.
- 5+ years of payroll experience, including prevailing wage, public works, certified payroll reporting (DIR, LCP Tracker), and union contracts (CBA’s).
- 5+ years of experience managing accounting functions, including A/P, A/R, and payroll.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Construction industry experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with accounting software.
