Job Summary
Answer incoming calls and route them to appropriate departments or facility administrators. Act as the voice, eyes, and ears for the Contract Supervisor by assisting with payroll, scheduling, and escalated customer relations. Manage daily call center operations, KPIs, and quality assurance while coaching staff and handling verbal and electronic communications. Assist with scheduling adjustments and backfill hours as needed for the 24/7 operation. Ensure morning shift standards are met and route emergency calls per Standard Operation Procedure.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Related experience
- Excellent written, verbal, grammar, and reasoning skills
- Ability to respond quickly and independently to varying emergency situations
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information without breach
