Job Summary
Own media and influencer outreach while identifying and engaging with new journalists and possible influencers. Manage documentation from Executives and Management Associates while assisting Managers on program needs. Undertake responsibilities pertaining to client results and objectives, independently and within the team. Manage a majority of the tactical elements of a client's program with good follow-through. Effectively coordinate with teams across markets for delivering on activities. Prioritize, multi-task, and mentor juniors while maintaining a professional, client-first approach. Requires 3–5 years of experience in agency services contributing to client retention and growth.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years' Experience
- ability to give and receive feedback constructively
- Understanding of how agency services, products, offerings contribute to client retention and growth
- Articulate and represent as well as conduct yourself in a professional manner
- Able to prioritize, multi-task and mentor juniors
- Respectful of and tactful with co-workers and clients
