Job Summary

Assist with end-to-end execution of custom content programs in healthcare and life sciences. Support content development across formats (articles, podcasts, white papers, webinars, video), coordinate freelancers and external contributors, participate in client calls, manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and project tracking, and help ensure programs meet client objectives and audience standards. Work collaboratively with Content Managers and Advertising Solutions, supporting program execution from kickoff through delivery and contributing ideas that align client goals with brand standards. In-office presence three days per week in Chicago, Detroit, or New York City; role may involve coordinating webinars, podcasts, and video production logistics and research on healthcare topics and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing, project management, client management, custom publishing, editorial, healthcare communications, or a related field
  • Familiarity with healthcare, healthcare technology, life sciences, or another complex B2B industry
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Interest in learning how custom content programs are developed, sold, and executed
