Job Summary
Prepare raw material consumption calculations, marker plans, and cutting specifications for assigned styles using Gerber AccuMark and Shape Shifter while adhering to SOPs. Collect, analyze, and maintain consumption data for costing and tech pack preparation, ensuring accurate submission of costed RM Consumption to meet target price points. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manufacturing facilities to gather information for updates, review marker efficiencies, and compare actual against planned consumption for reporting. Support the team in addressing queries from plants and stakeholders, implementing standard consumption methods, and maintaining all related records and databases in accordance with departmental procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Textile Technology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in CAD Room and Cutting operations within the garment industry
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of GSD and sewing operations
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Gerber AccuMark, Shape Shifter, and PLM systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to operational requirements
