Job Summary
Assist project managers and coordinate operations on construction projects, ensuring schedules, RFIs, submittals, and production orders are processed on time; help interpret job designs and ensure work aligns with project plans; support field superintendents and foremen with shop and design drawings, organize submittals/RFIs, and provide status reports while enabling contract deadlines and overall efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or relevant field, OR 4 years of experience in a similar or related position.
- Familiarity with program management, construction management, development, and construction marketing concepts, procedures, and terminology.
