Job Summary
Assist with safety plans and coordination with owners/engineers/architects; support subcontractor prequalification, bid analysis, and contract preparation; help create logistics/phasing plans and coordinate subcontractors; aid in project startup, permits, and mobilization; contribute to schedule updates (Primavera P6 preferred), track RFIs/RFPs/Change Orders; assist with quality control, submittals, and material deliveries; review reports, invoices, and payments; support close-out procedures and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering (civil/structural), or related; Building Construction preferred
- Minimum 3 years construction experience
- Experience assisting with project aspects (architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical)
- Understanding of financial accounting systems
- Strong communication, writing, conflict resolution, organizational skills
- Willingness to travel/relocate
