Job Summary
Assist the Construction Manager in various responsibilities including monitoring job sites, validating schedule progression, coordinating on-site inspections, and ensuring work meets quality standards. This role requires proficiency in Pulte systems and processes, the ability to assist with scheduling trade partner activities, and management of subdivision cleanliness. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree and some construction experience. Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license as driving is an essential function of this position
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints
- Basic computer literacy
Desired Qualifications
- Some construction experience or equivalent preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- General knowledge of municipal permitting, regulations and building codes preferred
